Their owners are friends of Katitche Point Greathouse, who fell in love with this well known small holiday resort in its own right and dreamed of something similar for themselves. The standard and the quality of service which they experienced there had to be extended to these new Virgin Gorda rental villas as well. Hence, they have entrusted the manager of Katitche Point with the promotion, the marketing and the management of these newly to be built vacation villas, named RED ROCK and SALT SPRING at Princess Quarters.
